Environmental Health & Safety Specialist

About the Role

Ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance across all operations.

Responsibilities

• •Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
• •Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• •Manage environmental permits and regulatory compliance
• •Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• •Provide safety training to employees and contractors
• •Track and report EHS metrics and KPIs
• •Support sustainability initiatives and waste reduction programs

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field
• •3-5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environment
• •Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
• •Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• •CSP or CIH certification preferred
• •Strong communication and training skills
• •Ability to influence safety culture at all levels
