About the Role

Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS database
  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment
  • Assist with employee relations inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
