About the Role

Manage comprehensive HR functions including benefits, compliance, and talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  • Administer employee benefits programs and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and conflict resolution
  • Lead performance management and talent development initiatives
  • Manage HRIS and maintain accurate employee records

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
